Aberdeenshire council has started a formal 21 day consultation in regards to the removal of seasonal hours working across various service areas.
As your union, we would like to hear your views on the council’s proposal. Aberdeenshire Council has stated that this information will be circulated to all employees for their consideration. If you have not received received any paperwork then please speak to your line manager.
This is important workplace issue that you should read and understand the information presented from your employer. Once you have read these documents please complete the below survey. Your union want’s to know if you agree, or disagree in principle, with the removal of seasonal hours.
