Do you work in waste?
Currently Public holidays are worked by waste services on a voluntary basis. Following a consultation last year it was decided to continue with this system. However, Aberdeenshire council are proposing to implement a rota system for covering waste collections on public holidays. This is applicable to all frontline waste staff.
We are seeking comments/views/opinions on this.
